Mandi is the Office Administrator and HR Manager at MWM, managing daily office operations to keep the team running efficiently. A Wayland Baptist University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, she spends her time outside the office traveling with her family for her daughters' competitive gymnastics matches and supporting Texas Tech athletics.
