Landon Wade

project architect

For Landon, architecture is a family affair; he is a third generation Texas Tech College of Architecture graduate and third generation architect. He also met his wife in architecture school, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Architecture degrees. Landon continued at Texas Tech to earn his Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration. Alongside his studies, Landon led in various student organizations such as Tau Sigma Delta honor society and taught as a graduate instructor.

Landon grew up in Silverthorne, Colorado, where his father owned and operated an architecture firm that specialized in mountain homes. Watching his dad design and interact with clients became the foundation for Landon’s passion for architecture and placemaking.

Landon's approach to design is very people-oriented. He sees architecture as a means to create change in a community, a way to shape day-to-day life, and a solution for emotionally fulfilling environments. While Landon is still growing in expertise, his experience thus far has been broad; he has worked on commercial, education, residential, and healthcare projects, with exposure to transportation and civic projects. He has a passion for exploring problems on various scales, from small details to urban planning.

When Landon isn’t at the office, he spends time with his family, disc golfing, biking, playing board games, or napkin sketching with his dad.
