Project Architect and In-House ADA Coordinator
As of 2025, Danny will be entering his 40th year in the architecture profession and is anticipating a gradual retirement. Danny received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1985 from Texas Tech University, licensed in 1990 and soon after became a TDLR Registered Accessibility Specialist. Danny has worked at MWM since April of 2012, serving as a Project Architect and the In-House ADA Coordinator. Practically all of Danny’s experience has been in the field of commercial architecture; specializing in supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants.
Danny is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects, and the Lubbock Chapter of AIA. In 2002, Danny served as the AIA Lubbock President. Danny is also a founding member of the Accessibility Professionals Association (APA).
Danny is married, a father of three and a grandfather to four. Danny grew up in Gonzales, Texas and has a range of interests and hobbies; including carpentry, fishing, cooking and daily learning. Danny enjoys staying active as an avid weekend warrior and an occasional jog in the park. Danny particularly enjoys encouraging today’s youth to strive for a college education and obtain professional licensing.
