It contains spaces for Physical Therapy Rehabilitation, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Exam Rooms, an open Gymnasium for active exercises, a Water Rehab Room, and Administrative Offices.

According to Collier Construction, the Completion Date is set for mid-October 2026.
