MWM was retained by the University's small business development department to perform marketing analysis, programming, design, construction document services, and interior design for this 15,000 sq. ft. small business incubator building. The incubator will have (construction has been put on hold) central administrative and conferencing services and will offer office, manufacturing, or research space to start-up businesses with the advantage of mentorship from the business school.
