Tracy, California. MWM provided services to the City of Tracy for a second update to the Civic Center Msaterplan. Originally, MWM was commissioned to develop a program and master site plan to address the projected facility requirements of the municipal departments to be located in the expanding civic center complex. The initial phase focused on current shortfalls and then projected the city government's requirements for space for the coming ten-year period. In the second part of the work program MWM prepared a program and masterplan for meeting the projected needs.
