This building was awarded the Sacramento Industrial Building of the Year Camay Award and was the runner up for the Northern California Concrete association Merit Award. The unique blend of cast-in-place and cantilevered cast concrete panels, used sparingly, lifts this building out of the monotony of everyday tilt-up design limitations.
