MWM provided conceptual design for this 500-room, 350,000 sq. ft., lakefront hotel in Vietnam. The five-star hotel proposal would replace an existing 175-room hotel built by the Cuban government. There are four restaurants in the hotel including a penthouse specialty restaurant, a 1,000-seat conference center, and business suites with executive services. Recreation facilities include a 25-meter indoor swimming pool Nautilus exercise equipment, tennis courts and a marina.
