Rancho Cordova, California. This 60,000 sq. ft. entry corner building for the "future business park" was the first of two buildings, designed for the mixed office and warehouse market. The integration o water features for both sites added to the overall image of the project. Significantly these first buildings had to solve the difficult design problem of allowing truck dock access or conversion to 100% office use and no industrial image depending on the user.
