Rancho cordova, California. This 40,000 sq. ft. building, designed and built at the same time as the 60,000 sq. ft. corner building, was the first of a three-building masterplan grouping in a 105 acre business park. MWM provided comprehensive architectural design of the building shell and construction phase services. The design of the building shell accommodates warehouse and office use or R&D tenants.

The primary design feature incorporates panels erected "out of plane," using standard cast panels, creating dramatic design elements as well as sloped window glazing and non-structural exterior panels, allowing for energy efficient "daylighting" techniques.
