Approximately 200,000 square feet of floor area on a 9,500 square feet corner lot. Twenty-three stories with two basement levels for parking and hotel support functions. Poured-in-place concrete structural frame with granite cladding. Public facilities include a 100-seat full-service restaurant and cocktail lounge, meeting rooms, and banquet facilities for up to 200 people. Room configurations include 50 luxury suites and six two-level penthouse apartments.
