Tumon Bay, Guam MWM was commissioned by The Taiwanese hotel company, Sherwood, Inc., to design this 12-story, 340-room luxury hotel for Guam’s tourist hotel hub on the Tumon Bay lagoon. MWM provided architectural and interior design and construction administration services for the project, which totaled over 270,000 sq. ft. of building area. The project includes three levels of public space with restaurants, specialty retail shops, cocktail lounges, spa and meeting/banquet rooms. The design features an atrium lobby overlooking a tropically landscaped swimming pool terrace. Also included is parking for 300 cars.
