Tamuning, Guam. The first U.S. location for the world-famous San Miguel Breweries of the Philippines. The 50,000 sq. ft. project included a brewery plant, equipment relocation from Hong Kong, administrative offices, and staff and worker's housing. MWM provided complete architectural, interiors, graphic design and construction services for this 80-foot clear span brewery facility which produced 7,000 gallons per day. The plan included a special water system, refrigeration and stand-by power generators (important on Guam where power outages are almost a daily occurrence).
