Ridgecrest, California. In conjunction with NVE Constructors, Sacramento, MWM was selected by the Ridgecrest Redevelopment Agency to design and construct City Administrative offices, group meeting facilities, indoor sport courts, a community auditorium, and police headquarters under a design-build process. MWM provided site selection, needs assessment, preliminary design, space planning, construction budgeting, and a financial plan. After the masterplan was approved, MWM provided full architectural, interior design, and construction administration services.
