Republic of Palau. MWM and its planning team have been contracted by the Association of Governors of the Republic of Palau to help guide this emerging tropical island nation into a promising and sustainable future.

MWM and a subsidiary of the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) in Whittier, California, has been working with the Palauan government to create a National Building Code acknowledging the country's unique culture and conditions, including seismic activity, typhoon winds and traditional structures built of indigenous materials.
