Sacramento, California. This 90,000 sq. ft. building was designed as a speculative warehouse and office tenant space. The site plan and building design combined to allow building tenant use to dictate final layout of all use and dock and truck circulation related to warehouse users. the building panel also allowed the design to accommodate office glazing or overhead access doors dependent upon tenant requirements. MWM provided comprehensive architectural design of the building shell, and construction phase services.
