China Lake, California. Following extensive on-site inspections of both the neighborhood infrastructure and individual military family housing units, MWM and its consultant team of engineers, landscape architects, and hazardous materials experts prepared a Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan for the Naval Air Weapons Station at China Lake. Specific recommendations toward whole-house renovation of 713 housing units were prepared with associated plans and projected costs. Neighborhood implementation plans, priority projects and design guidelines were included for corresponding site and recreational improvements.
