Richmond, California. MWM provided detailed planning of this new community in the Richmond redevelopment area at the Inner Harbor Basin on San Francisco Bay, planned for 3500 housing units, 2000 boat berths, 400,000 square feet of commercial space. The first phase, consisting of 130 condominium units, was designed by MWM.
