Sacramento, California. This 80,400 sq. ft. building was designed as a warehouse and administrative office use for an automotive parts distributor. MWM provided comprehensive architectural design of the building shell, interior design/space planning, and construction phase services. The design features a two-story office space component adjacent to a high cube warehouse distribution and storage area. The building won the Sacramento industrial Building Award.
