Tumon Bay, Guam. MWM provided complete architectural design, construction document preparation and construction administration for the exterior shell, entry lobby and public restrooms for a 30,000 sq. ft. commercial center in the Tumon Bay resort area of Guam. The project includes space for a 160-seat restaurant with full-service kitchen, retail shops, and rooftop parking. Restaurant and retail shop interior design was provided by the owner.
