Sacramento County, California. MWM provided programming, site planning, and full service architectural design services for a 5,500 sq. ft. community center for a developed neighborhood park. The building contains a multi-use meeting/classroom space, two classrooms, office, kitchen, and storage room. The environmentally sensitive two-acre site is located along a natural stream and populated by native oaks and mature eucalyptus trees. This first of two planned buildings with its additional landscaping is carefully sited to complement and enhance the existing vegetation.
