West Sacramento, California. The California Trucking Association headquarters building provides 49,000 sq. ft. of offices and a meeting room for 350. The building features one of the first three-story, glass enclosed, atrium lobbies in the Sacramento region, used for the lobby entrance. Covered parking is provided under the entire building and the entry courtyard doubles for outdoor assemblies. MWM provided planning, programming, architectural and interior design services. The building was constructed using a "fast track" negotiated contract.
