Richmond, California. MWM provided master planning, rezoning documentation and architectural design services for this 310-unit condominium project on the site of an historic brick manufacturing plant and quarry. The project includes three tiers of four-story wood frame buildings over two-story concrete garage structures, with each unit having sweeping views of San Francisco and the bay. Site development included a recreation center with pool and tennis courts, extensive earthwork, roadways, parking areas and on and off-site utility services.
